Surprise Engagement Dinner

My brother proposed to his girlfriend this past Saturday and to do something special for her he had planned a surprise engagement dinner immediately after he popped the question! The Berkeley was so easy to work with in planning the whole event. Megan (the operations manager) was easy to get in touch with and responded in a timely manner throughout the whole planning process. Their private room was perfect for the celebration. They allowed us to use hotel decorations to dress up the tables and when we arrived to add our own special touches the staff jumped right in to help. Sarah, the other manager was fantastic and obliging. The staff (Jordan, Veronica and Shanisha) were on top of things from the very beginning. They were there every step of the way. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and overall the people who helped us were amazing when it came to pulling off this once in a lifetime event! I really can't express how much it meant to me as the sister but more so to the couple, and there wasn't a dry eye in the place! We will definitely be recommending this hotel for future events.
